Quality Assurance Program

Team Solers' Quality Assurance Program is governed by our CMMI Level 3 rated Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) process. PPQA is applied to all software development and system engineering activities to provide independent verification that the project's products and activities comply with Team Solers' plans, standards, and procedures.

The objectives of the PPQA program include:

  • Ensure the highest quality product for our customers
  • Audit and evaluate the processes and products to verify compliance with approved standards and development processes
  • Analyze data to characterize the quality of the process and products
  • Manage the overall quality situation across the project and request assistance when required to address unresolved issues
  • Report the results of quality evaluation and audits to the project management team to ensure quality standards are met prior to product delivery to the customer
